七個養生小動作


1.咽唾液,能潤五臟,養肌膚,長壽;

2.踮腳:防止下肢血液回流不暢;

3.轉頸,提神又防止頸椎疾病;

4.張嘴:最大限度張合,帶動面部肌肉運動,加速血液迴圈;

5.摩鼻:增強局部氣血流通、潤肺、防感冒;

6.遠眺:減輕眼睛疲勞;

7.握拳,增強體內臟器功能,使人體力倍增。
