身体敏感 ALLERGY

敏感原因 敏感的部位
Causes of Allergic Body Parts

 Food 食物 skin & all over, diarrhea
皮肤、全身、拉肚子

 Smell 气味 skin & all over, nose, eyes
皮肤、全身、鼻、眼

 **Dustmites 尘埃 contacted & touched area
接触及摸到的皮肤区

 Flower Pollen 花粉 skin all over, nose
皮肤、全身、鼻

 *Changes of temperature 气温转变 nose 鼻

 **Sweats 汗水 folded areas 皮肤摺叠处


7-11 岁是发病风险期


造成敏感的食物 Food:
1. Milk 牛奶
2. Eggs 鸡蛋
3. Soy 豆水及豆类
4. Groundnuts 花生
5. Wheat 燕麦
6. Seafood 海鲜(esp deep sea fishes 深海鱼)



METHODS

A: Start checking with Food: 6 weeks of food elimination on the above

B: stay away & avoid contacting the dustmites

C: avoid heavy sweating, clean the sweats immediately & let the skin dry

D: take necessary clothing for weather changing

E: at least 3 times weekly to disinfect the house with sterilization solution, strictly no pets, carpet & no fluffy toys

F: wash the bed sheet/ pillow case/sofa/ curtain weekly with hot water
